Pauliina originally studied hotel management, and was supposed to be a hotel owner. That did not happen (yet), but producing actually has many similar elements. Fill the different hopes and needs, keep up the good spirit and try not to mix dates and times.
Besides producing, she still enjoys good food, wine and sleep. Some things don’t change.

Ykä is a long-time producer who loves storytelling and the impact it can create. He studied at Lahden Muotoiluinstituutti and at Teatterikorkeakoulu in the film screenwriting program, and has produced several feature films, short films, hundreds of commercials and even one stage play for the Finnish National Theatre.
Along the way he has been awarded at Vuoden Huiput with a Grand Prix, Gold and Silver, at the Voitto-gaala with Production Company of the Year, Grand Prix, Gold, Silver and Bronze, and at the Golden Drum with a Golden Drum..

Tom didn’t take the traditional path—no film or art school. Everything he knows, he learned by doing. Through trial and error, he developed a hands-on, instinctive approach to his work. Whether behind the camera or taking on new creative challenges, his focus is always on creating work that feels right and authentic.
